Everyone is feeling the economic strain that is upon and so far there doesn’t seem to be an end in site.  So now more then ever we need to tighten or budget and reduce our waste.  Well nothing can reduce wasted money like using those leftovers rather then throwing them in the garbage.  Most Americans waste 2-3 meals worth each week, can you imagine that.   Studies show that you normally spend $2 a meal per person so that means for a family of four that would be $24 a week or close to $100 a month that you are throwing away.  So what do you do with all the leftovers in order to make them tasty again.  What leftover recipes can we use to turn that roast from Sunday into a delectable meal again, or the leftover baked potato still sitting in the foil, well look no further here I will be giving my expertise on using up those leftovers so you can save that $100+ each month.
