This first leftover steak recipes I want to share is a simple beef stroganoff. You can use leftover steak, fresh steak, or even leftover or fresh roast. Mainly you just want to make sure you are using some type of beef with it leftover or not.
Beef Stroganoff
1 lb beef
1 onion
12 oz fresh mushrooms
1 garlic clove
Oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ c water
2 c egg noodles, cooked and drained
Slice your beef into short thin strips, chop the onion, slice the mushrooms and chop the garlic then set them all aside. Heat a frying pan or wok over medium heat and coat with a bit of oil. Stir the garlic around the pan for a bit and then add the beef, onions and mushrooms. Fry for about 3-4 minutes, until the onions and mushrooms are tender. Then add the soup and sour cream. Stir until smooth and then add the water. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until everything is well heated and the sauce is your desired thickness. Serve over noodles on platter.
The second leftover steak recipes is a tasty fajita that is quick and easy to make.
Leftover Steak Fajitas

1 garlice clove, chopped finely
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
8 flour tortillas
Assorted toppings
Lettuce
Avocados
Tomatoes
Onion

Sour Cream
Place the meat in a plastic bag and add the lime juice, garlic, pepper and salt. Tie or zip bag securely and let marinade for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Discard the marinade and then serve the meat cold or heat it in a skillet over medium heat with 1 tsp oil and some ¼ c chopped onion.
When heated, place a few pieces of meat on a tortilla and then top with your preferred choices and roll.
